You Hao & Fan Yilin Documentary

Saw this link from tumblr http://m.cctv.com/dc/v/index.shtml?guid=9f5975e589cb4cce84a03c7ff6782c7a&code=860010-1145020500

It's a documentary on You Hao and Fan Yilin. There are English subtitles. They were the only Chinese gymnasts to win gold in 2015 world championships. I found this documentary good for the You Hao part. There's not many fans and news about China's MAG. It's good to get to know things about their team. And it's especially good that I got to know more things about You Hao. It's something worth watching since this time of the season is slow gymnastic news.

Kōhei Uchimura (内村 航平) | Stars of Gymnastics Documentary

This is a short documentary done by Trans World Sport. It's when they visited him at age 21.

Happy 25th Birthday Kohei Uchimura

He is truly the current king of gymnastics. It'll be very interesting to see what he does this year. Here is an old documentary about Uchimura with English subtitles. I thought some of you might like it since we get to know a little bit more about Uchimura. For instance he doesn't like tomatoes, snow peas or vegetables! I say that's a little too much for me. I gotta have my veggies and I like tomatoes :D. The documentary is over 24mins.

Li Ning - The "Little Prince of Gymnastics"

The YouTube Olympic channel has a new montage about Li Ning called The "Little Prince of Gymnastics" is born - Ning Li - Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games. You can read more about this great Chinese gymnast @ http://www.olympic.org/ning-li

The Olympic YouTube channel does not allow embedding. You can watch the montage HERE.

Li Ning is one of the most popular gymnast from China. He is known as the little prince of gymnastics 体操王子/體操王子. He was the most decorated Chinese gymnast at the 1984 Olympics. It was China's first time competing at the Olympic games. He is now the owner of his own sportswear company called Li Ning. It's basically like Nike or Adidas.

It's fun to watch old gymnastic videos of popular gymnasts from the past. It's good to learn about gymnastic history. There is a Li Ning documentary on YouTube that should interest some gymnastic fans. There are English subtitles, enjoy:

Another video I watched on YouTube was his 1984 floor routine. Wow the height on his tumbles.
