New MAG Elements Updated 2014

The new MAG newsletter came out on Monday the 17th and there are new elements that were added. It seems Kenzo Shirai was not the first guy to do the quad twists at a world championships. Vietnam's Tuan Dat Nguyen did it too. So now it's called the Shirai-Nguyen.

Yang & Nguyen 2013 French Cup Vaults
Yang Hak Seon of S. Korea and Nguyen Ha Thanh of Vietnam went 1-2 at the French Cup on vault.
Yang didn't do the FHS 3/1 or his training upgrade 5/2 Kas. Only FHS 5/2 (6.0) & Kas 2/1 (6.0) VT Score: 14.500
Nguyen did a cool piked Melinassanidis (6.0) his second VT Kas 3/2 (5.6) VT Score: 13.666
